Stick -Built homes are houses that are constructed brick-by-brick on site.
Construction materials in various elements e.g stones, cement , sand, ballast are brought to the site and then put up together to form the complete house.
Stick-built houses are opposites of Manufactured Houses. Manufactured houses in contrast are manufactured in a factory and assembled on site to form the complete house.
