    are the construction costs as well rental and sale price of a Kshs. 200 million building on the same wavelength as that of a Kshs. 1.2 billion building. What are the comparisons?

      @william, yes. most skyscrapers, over 20 floors high, will have relatively the same construction costs since most tend to have high end finishes and specialised mechanised construction procedures eg cranes, pumped premixed concrete, specialised formwork etc. The taller ones will have relatively higher costs due to the cost of transporting materials higher up.
