regarding the use of stabilised soil blocks as you have noted above, I understand that there are Building Code restrictions on areas where ths type of construction can be used? could you please advise on such restrictions. I have an on-going project that we employed the Ujenzibora Platform and managed to cut down the cost of bidding by almost 90% since the Tender Documents and Drawings were availed electronically.

The next phase would be to automate awarding. i.e e-awarding and include other phases like e-Auctions.

Is Ksh 2.5 million enough or what is the most probable estimate for building a simple bungalow/Maisonette? I ask this because neighbouring plots have houses selling for 3.5 million and this includes the plot and construction.

Now that I already have a plot (the cost is Ksh. 750,000), with 2.5 million, can I get my own house? Please advise between a maisonette and a bungalow, which is the cheapest?
