Importation directly from Chinese factory can be organised.

Glass curtain walling.

This is suitable for high rise building construction. The frame is hidden behind the double glazed glass so as to give a clean, sleek appearance.

Aluminium sliding garage door.

This special type of door is designed with less moving parts, hence does not easily brak down compared to the ones currently in the market that completely roll upwards.

The roll-up door as below can easily get stuck due to the delicate mechanism compared to the slide-up type.

This is suitable for rooms that have beautiful vista views e.g in hotels, game lodges and luxury homes.

Am interested in the prefab housing.

    1. Are the materials already in Kenya .
    2. If am based in mombasa can the construction be handled
    3. Plans/designs can be adjusted to fit my requirements?
    4. Prices are calculated on design or its fixed?

Could you give some advice on wood for flooring? Is it cheaper to buy local or import? I wish to have mahogany but the prices are exorbitant locally. I can get mahogany or cherry wood for good prices in North America but not sure about shipping cost. But in terms of product quality, shipping from NAmerica might be ideal. Please comment about locally available hard wood.
